Good morning. I am the manager who runs Jira in my company.

I received a request from a colleague. But I do not know how to solve it.

Please help me.

I want to delete the flag when the status of the issue changes from Done to Uat.

When I searched, I heard about an add-on called Jira misc Workflow.

If this function can be implemented using it, please let me know how to use it.

if you are using Jira misc Workflow :

you can use script in the post function of UAT to update the flag as null or delete the value in that field (i dont know what flag means from your question)

how to Achive it :

install Jira misc Workflow as add on .go to your respective workflow --> select the respective transition –> go to postfunction and click add postfunction –> you can use clear filed value or update an issue custom field . then publish it and useit .

NOTE : please test it in your dev before your apply it in your production .
