We are having external gadgets which pointing to old Jira instance now we changed mapping point to new instance by following Atlassian suggested document How to change URLs of external gadgets https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-change-urls-of-external-gadgets-296913316.html
After updating we restarted the server and indexed the instance and updated external gadget URL's in UI external gadgets section. after all these changes verified few spaces in which external gadgets are using but gadgets are not working as expected giving error please find the attachments for reference. please suggest to update external gadgets

Have you checked that the 3rd party are enabled and licensed?
