Is it possible to import Test procedure from Excel?

I tried using the import on a blank Test Procedure from Jira, however, after I create it, the steps are not shown. Is there an issue?

Welcome to the community? Which test plan managemente app are you using?

Most of them usually have an import feature for test cases.
