Update 6.12 to the latest version

We have 2 Confluence servers installed.
1) 6.12.0 version
2) 7.3 version

Please help, how do we update to the latest version?
Is it possible to upgrade immediately to the latest or do you need to upgrade gradually from version to version?

Can you send the current update instructions?

Steps to be performed for Confluence upgrade is well documented on this link

You can upgrade directly to the latest version of Confluence 7 from your current versions. It is recommended to test the upgrade on a test environment so that you can validate all the functionality / plugins compatibility etc before doing the upgrade on production.
