Atlassian Bitbucket v7.9.1 with starter license for 10 users reinstallation.

Hello all, I am using Atlassian Bitbucket v7.9.1 with starter license for 10 users.

I am facing some problem in my Linux server in which this bitbucket is running. I want to reinstall my server and bitbucket, But I don't know how do I reinstall my license for the same.

Can somebody help me with the procedure or steps to be followed. it would be great help!

Hi @Surya H , welcome to the Community!

The license key can be retrieved by a contact (someone who originally purchased the license, or was added to the license by the purchaser) from my.atlassian.com .

Alternatively you can retrieve the currently-installed license from the database using this KB article - I've copied the relevant SQL here for your convenience:

 

<span>select</span> prop_value <span>as</span> <span>"license_key"</span> <span>from</span> app_property <span>where</span> prop_key <span>=</span> <span>'license'</span><span>;</span>

Once you've ensured that you have a copy of the license key, you can follow the installation instructions in the Bitbucket Server installation guide . The packages for previous versions of Bitbucket Server are available in the Bitbucket Server download archives .
