On previous release of Bitbucket I could connect to Postgressql with: jdbc.url=jdbc:postgresql://<host>:port/<database_name>?sslcert=<path to cert>&sslkey=<path to key>&sslmode=require&ssl=true
It seems that sslcert and sslkey no longer work
