Export to HTML doesn't work - App will be back soon

Team,

is there any official solution for below issue ?

When we are exporting any site to HTML format, generated download link is giving us an error saying "App will be back soon".

Meanwhile export to PDF works well. Service/server was rebooted, with no success.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Since you are on Server you will need to check the confluence logs and see what is happening. Have you checked the logs to see if there are any errors at the time of export?

Hi, I was trying with logs, however there is no error codes in it
Just lines like this:

[Long running task: Export Space] [atlassian.velocity.htmlsafe.PossibleIncorrectHtmlEncodingEventHandler]

Is the space you are exporting really large? Do you have an apps that you are using on the pages outside of those delivered by Atlassian?

No, our workspace is not that heavy and we don't have third party apps.

It's mostly text, images and links.

P.S. anyway meanwhile PDF export works well.
