JIRA issues moved to another projects are not clickable??

When a JIRA issue is moved to different project, the old issue id in comments is not showing as hyperlink but when searching the old issue with quick search, it is redirecting to the new issue. Is it possible to make old isssue id in comments as hyperlinks?

I am afraid that is not possible, because once you move the issue to a different project, the previous issue id has been changed to a new link and is no longer accessible via the old issue id. Thus, when you search the old issue id at quick search, it will re-direct you to the new issue.
