issue linkking for particular issue type

Hello,
We have issues while linking the issue types for example: we have 5 issue types in our project
Issue types:
1.Update Set(sub task)
2. Requirement user story
3. Bug
4.Service varient
5. Epic
For update set issue type we need to link the particular issue type requirement user story or bug instead of it is showing all the issutypes.
*For bug issue type we need to link requirement user story issue type only.
*For service varient we need to link both epic and requirement issue types only.

There's no way to do this without coding.

You would need to write conditions or validators that can check that no-one has created "incorrect" links, and block the issue moving through the workflow, and/or listeners that can catch "issue has been linked", validate the links and remove or inform the users that they have done something wrong.
