JQL card color

Hello, I would like to know the JQL in order to change the color of the card based on the risk of the card ?

Ex :

4 and less is green

between 4 and 11 is yellow

12 and up is red.

What type of field is Risk type. If it is number field JQL's should looks like this:

- 4 and less -> Risk <= 4

- between 4 and 11 -> Risk > 4 and Risk <= 11

- 12 and up -> Risk >= 12
