create a report about how many ticket each asignee finish daily (status by Done)

Hi all,

i wanna create a daily report which i can track each asignee finish how many tickets. Which means that the status of the ticket is Done (on the current date). Should i use report function or dashboard. And how can i create it? if dashboard, which gadget i should use?

For example:

Asignee   Tickets by Done       Date: 12.31.2022

A                10

B                 8

C                 9

An alternative way is to use Reports - Charts and Graphs for Jira app developed by our team.

* You can create custom, flexible and colorful bar charts and table views for any data you want/need.
* You can set X axis to be any parameter like Created(month), Assignee, Sprint, Fix Versions etc.
* You can set Y axis to be any parameter like number of issues, sum of remaining estimates, average of story points etc.
* You can group your data on any field(Sprint, Status, Assignee, Component, Project etc.) you want.
* You can choose various date ranges like All Time, Last Year, Last 3 Months, Last 6 Months etc.
* You can order the results by drag and drop.

I would use filters and dashboards

First create a filter that gives you the issues using JQL

status changed during (startofDay(-1), endOfDay(-1)) to (Done)

You might want to think about using the resolve date instead though, but as you stated the usage of a specific status, this JQL will give you that.

Then use that filter as base for your gadget.

I would use either the two dimensional or issue statistics gadget, both should get you what you want.
