JIRA Post Function, Create Issue

Is it possible in a post function, to be able to have the Create Screen from an issue type appear with all it's custom fields?

 

For example, I have two issue types in a project, Test and Concern. During the Concern workflow, I want to have a button that says "create Test"

When this button is pressed, I wanted all the original fields from the Test issue type screen scheme to appear. Is this possible?

Post functions have no front-end, they are part of a transition and do things without any interaction.  So, no, there's simply no way to do that as a post-function.  Even if you could, you have a problem with it - you're moving on to another issue's workflow, so you wouldn't want to do it as part of the current one anyway.

I would do this differently.  I'd use script-runner to create a new button (web-fragment) with a "create" script behind it.
