Change create issue screen

Hi, i have Jira server and ScriptRunner, i want to modify create issue screen.

I want to insert custom field "Filtre projet Support" on top in this screen.

And if "Filtre projet Support" is check, i want to restreint Project field (yellow)

Is-it possible with ScriptRunner ?

I must use "Fragment" and Behaviours ?

And what kind of "Fragment"?

I don't think it's possible to filter the project list.
