I want to copy/move/delete the page, but why I don't have these 3 function button?

In confluence, I don't have Copy/move/delete function button, just like below picture

The space permission is already opened, but still not works

In Look and feel, some buttons can be hidden by script for users/user groups. Please check whether the relevant settings are enabled?
