I need to setup a test Jira Core Server on a local VPS.

Kindly provide a Trial Licence Key to finalize the setup.

Hi @anthony_tzvetkov ,

Sadly you can't get Server licenses anymore, only cloud or DC. 
But you can get them on https://my.atlassian.com/license/evaluation  as @Ravi Sagar _Sparxsys_ said!
