Jira locked, did not start, some problem with plugin

Dear team, after restart of computer JIRA does not start anymore saying that it is locked.

I see that there is problem with plugins but:

1. when I stop JIRA services, lock file dissappear, I do not need to delete it, when I start service, it locks JIRA again
2. corrupted cache of plugins, you wrote that starting JIRA will recreat cache again, but this does not help as well

 

Please can you advice?

The lock file is there to stop you trying to start two copies of JIRA using the same home directory.  The lock file should be there when JIRA is running and it should be detected by a second or further JIRA and they should refuse to start.

If this is locking JIRA as it starts, then you need to read the log file to find out what the reason for it locking it.  Look for atlassian-jira.log in jira-home/log
