does anyone know if Bamboo is being sunsetted/phased out ?
No, they just released version 8.0.
Yes, it is being killed off.
Like the other Server products, you can no longer get new licences for it (just vary existing ones), and all support for it ends on the 2nd February 2022.
The Data Centre version will continue to be supported and developed for the foreseeable future.
Hi @Matthew Hinkle
Bamboo (as a project, not as in 'Server' like Nic already pointed out) is here to stay.
Please also have a look at the roadmap which you can find here:https://www.atlassian.com/roadmap/data-center?product=bamboo
But, yes, it is true that Bamboo Data Center is THE product which you can buy a license for. Please also review the article which was released some time ago:https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bamboo-articles/Bamboo-Data-Center-is-here/ba-p/1772889
