Syncing repositories never stops

It seems that the sync of the repositories is in a loop, showing a multiple of the real commits and issues...

Its syncing all the time...

I also had the problem that it stopped at some point and than I had to remove all accounts and repositories and add them again.

We are using Jira v8.19.1 and GitLab Community Edition 14.3.2.

Checking the logs brought no more information.

It is still synching ...

And the Jira issue is showing a information that there might be a problem.
