Add/Remove Checklist Items Across All Cards

We have checklists that repeat across many cards and occasionally need to be updated (we add or remove an item on the checklist).  These checklists are part of a template and we have a master card we could use for automation. 

I want to be able to add/remove a checklist item and have it update all of the checklists with the same name (1 board).  It seems like this shouldn't be too difficult, but I can't figure out how to make it work.  Thanks in advance for your help.

@Laura McLam there's no "loop through all cards" type feature in Butler (there used to be in Butler Bot but there was also a limit on the total number you could loop through).

This BenkoBot function would do it:

This covers the basics of adding a new checklist item, you could also do one for editing the names of them and removing them.
