Users can't download attachments from a confluence page. The attachments were uploaded about three years ago. Only the admin can download the attachments. When users click on the attachment it opens a different window of the same page. When the user hovers the mouse on the link it displays a different URL than admin. Following are the URLs for both normal users and admin.

What can be the issue? and how we can fix this issue?

Were attachments relocated to different storage on the server where Confluence is running? DO you store attachments separately from the COnfluence home directory?
I'm not sure, I joined the company recently. I couldn't locate the attachment directory. Where do attachments get stored? Thanks
