I am currently working with a large body of issues connected to a project and we are tracking their progress using the RAG status (in our instance this is cf[11756], displayed in the image below as a coloured rectangle). For the vast majority or our tracking an issue's RAG status will be displayed this way. On the odd occasion though, when an issue has another custom field (also called RAG status, cf[24657]) this text is used instead of the coloured square when being displayed in confluence for example. This is bizarre, inexplicable and unhelpful behaviour.
My question is, how can I manually remove any information from cf[24657] so that there cannot be any interference? Would greatly appreciate any help.
