Script to calculate duration time

Question

Hi All,

* Timer starts ticking when Severity Flag is set to (Yellow or Red)
* Timer stops ticking when Resolution is set
* Pause timer when status = OnHold

Looking for this requirements any help will be appreciated.

So I think you need tool for SLA configuration. Where you will be able to set Severity Flag as a condition for starting, and status OnHold -  for stoping SLA timer.

I want to start timer when when Severity Flag is set to (Yellow or Red).

Hi @Dayanand

You can try do this with Time Between Statuses (created by my SaaSJet team). This app allows set start, pause and stop statuses for time calculation.
