How to additionally control the bug process

Question

At present, all issues in my workflow share the same process. After changing one of them, all issues have been changed. Now I want to customize a process specifically for issue bugs.

You can also try add-on BPM (Business Process Manager), developed by my team to create and control the bug process.

It allows:

* create a process template with all the steps required to complete;
* add the form needed to submit, instructions, checklists, assignees, issue type, and project to each step of the process;
* run a template in one click;
* monitor all active processes;

Also, you can set up a scheduled process.

Yes, you can.

* Go to the Issues -> Workflows.
* Select Add workflow/Import from Marketplace.
* Now Edit the newly created workflow by clicking the edit icon besides to the newly created workflow.
* Add the Statuses and transitions as per your wish and publish the workflow.
* Now go the corresponding Project Settings -> Workflows.
* Edit the Bug workflow and select the newly created workflows.
* Done!
