Github enterprise and JIRA Integration

Question

We have moved JIRA on HTTPS

please share how can I integrate it with Github enterprise using DVCS plugin

We already deployed certificate on both server and HTTPS (SSL) is working but when we are doing integration between JIRA (DVCS) and GitHub Enterprise it is not working on SSL url but it is working on http url.

Well each application should be presenting itself behind a unique SSL cert unless they sit on the same domain. The important thing is that you import the certificate which GHE is presenting into JIRA's trust store.

Yes it using GHE's SSL cert.

Do we need to create separate certificates for both jira and GHE?

So JIRA is accessing GHE over an HTTPS connection and it fails? That most likely means that JIRA does not have the GHE's SSL cert properly imported. Please see: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Connecting+to+SSL+services
