I couldn't find user name while assigning an Epic in Jira Align.

Hi,

I Couldn't find the user name when I was tried to assign an Epic to that user. Profile is in Active state, was added to program team as well.

Can any one help us to find the root cause.

I believe they need to be on the Portfolio team to be an Epic owner.
