Attachments Confluence

Question

Hello!

When loading the page, I get the error "ouch! We can't load the image" Please tell me the * .png files attached to the page are stored as * .png in confluence_hone / attachment? or how can I find out the correct path to the files?

Where is the path to the files attached to the page indicated and in what format are these files stored?

Hi @Islam It seems like the attachments are missing. Have you recently restored a backup or have done migration ? Have you referred this KB article already ?

Hi Islam,

I'm afraid Confluence doesn't save attachments very easily. You can look at Hierarchical File System Attachment Storage to understand how it works in Confluence.

It looks like Confluence is looking for an attachment that doesn't exist on the filesystem.
