Our server is crashed and I built a new server to install the application. How do I recover the activation and license to the new server?

If your confluence instance is up and running now, you can log into my.atlassian.com and click the Licenses tab in the navigation bar to find all your existing licenses and order information. From there you can copy your license and apply it in your instance. Also refer Managing your Confluence License for more details.
