We just upgraded to 7.3.0 because of a security patch. After the upgrade, we noticed a strange problem.
1. If users don't log in, just establishing the first Confluence connection to the root directory would take 40 seconds to get the first page display.
2. Under the same condition (no user login), if users visit any specific page (ie. not root cause), we do not see the same delay.
3. If users log in, we do not see the same delay in either root directory or any specific page.
We did a little analysis and found Confluence would trigger a module called quickload (funny, it is totally the opposite) and slow down the whole Confluence in #1 (no user log in, and open the root directory). The same module is not triggered in #2 or #3.
Anyone knows how to disable this quickload or how to fix this problem? We were using 6.15.0 and did not see the same problem.
