How can Confluence be used for design models, wireframes, mockups and data models

I would like to know how to use Confluence to store data models, EA models, wireframes, mockups, etc.

You can easily upload attachments to pages. Use various diagraming tools (Balsamiq, Gliffy etc all integrates with Confluence).
