Cant update Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant plugin

Hi,

We have confluence 7.13.0 and due to the security issues recently we want to migrate asap to confluence cloud.

Therefore I need to update the Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant plugin. But when I try to update it it returns this error midway the update proces;

"An error occurred during installation. Refer to the logs for more information."

There is nothing in the logs and I can update other plugins.

The version of the plugin I have:

Installed version: 3.1.7

Available version: 3.2.4

Any suggestions on how to solve this, or an alternative method of migrating to the cloud?

I found the issue :facepalm:

Apparently something was messed with loading mysql configuration. The max_allowed_packet was overwritten by another .cnf file.

Setting the max_allowed_packet to 256M in the my.cnf solved it.
