When I insert a file for preview, all the characters turn into squares. When I insert a word macro, a few parts of the picture turn into squares. This was not the case before. Who can tell me the reason? Thank you!

From the screenshot it looks like it is a known fonts problem with Confluence. Please try the resolution mentioned in this this KB article
