I'd like to point out that the explanation given as to why selection E is incorrect for question 6327 is rather misleading.
The core of the question considering option E (that might be possible): Can a project admin "update who is notified during an existing transition"?
The explanation for why this is incorrect explains that project admins cannot modify a notification scheme. That is okay. However as stated, a project admin could add a user to a project role within that notification scheme specifically "Issue Updated" notification making option E very much possible. Option E says nothing about modifying a notification scheme.
