Current date in a confluence template without a macro

Hi all,

 

I'm working on a template and i want to pick the current date.

 

I've found this in the history

The solution here is using a macro. Is there any possibility to do this without an macro?

 

One of the installed blueprints does exactly this. It's called "Besprechungsnotizen" (meeting notes), but i can't understand how it's made.  Is there anything special in background?

 

I hope someone could help me.

Hi @Markus Steinhauser and welcome to Community!

Blueprints like "Meeting notes" are more advanced than templates, you can create your own blueprint but that will require coding skills (see Write a simple Confluence blueprint plugin).

The easiest way to add the current date to a template is to use a macro, as mentioned in the Community thread you linked, or to use a third-party app like Blueprint creator to skip the coding part (see here how you can insert current date).
