Need to Link two Jira Instance

I need someone from the Infra Team who has knowledge of linking 2 Jira's in such a way that Clone of External Jira Ticket can be created in internal Jira with less effort and external user should not be able to view internal clone jira details.
External Jira - TSO
Internal Jira - TSA
