broken icons in Confluence notification email

Question

this is another historical bug, which has existed since 2007 and has still not been fixed. We are on Confluence server. I decided to share the problem to ask those of you who have the same problem and have read Atlassian's answer (the bug is not a priority...), to ask: how do you answer your internal users or your customers to justify this situation ?

I tell you Veronica that in my opinion Atlassian should pay much more attention to details like this. They look like small details, if you look at them with the eye of the product engineer working isolated in his desk who knows where.

But with the eyes of the customer and the consultants that there are thousands of us in the world, it's a bug that should be put into immediate urgency and fixed by tomorrow. Since it has been an open report for so many years. Because the "impact" on the client is considerable.

At least this is my modest point of view, as someone who has been working in application consulting and customer support since 1995.
