register cors webfilter

Apparently confluence uses tomcat as a Webserver, and I would like to register a custom CORS webfilter. However I did not manage to find an appropriate file location.

As of my understanding, there has to be a WEB-INF/ directory containing a web.xml, where one could register such a webfilter. Where can it be found, or are there other solutions?

Hi @regismkxi ,

It is possible to manage CORS requests from inside Confluence's interface. Have you taken a look at Configuring the Allowlist to see if the options provided will work? There's wildcard matching as well as regex options.

Let me know if the Allowlist configuration in Confluence's administration interface works for the CORS request you'd like to allow!
