Can Jira reset the failed login counts when I'm using and external Active Directory?

I need to know if Jira can automatically reset the failed login count if I'm using an external Active Directory different to Crowd.

Hi Sofia, no, there's not an automatic option as of now to reset failed login count in JIRA server. As an admin, you can manually do this from user management section (refer steps here) OR reset the failed login count from the database in JIRA server.
