Temporary Permission Error using tiny link

Question

This morning at least two users with permissions to a page in confluence received a permission error when using the tiny link.  After repeated attempts and a over 1/2 hour of trying, the tiny links started to work.  Is this something that I should be concerned about?  Is there some type of process which may have impacted the ability to use tiny links? Hello Larry, please comment your Confluence version as such we can look further - there were reports of issues with the links earlier as in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-27049 which may be the case.
