We configured call manager to send voicemails to emails. We would like these emails to then open tickets in Jira. I know other ticketing systems i have worked allow this. Is this possible and how would i configure?
Hi @Jerrod Van -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
If you are already converting your voicemails to emails, you could use an email handler to create Jira issues. Please look here for more information for Jira Cloud:

Thanks for the quick reply I appreciate it. We already use this email to create issues, however for some reason when this email address receives the voicemails it doesnt create tickets. Any ideas what might be rejecting them?
BTW thanks for the link this should help either way.
I recommend reviewing emails which work to create issues and the emails which do not (with the voicemail attachments). That may make it obvious what is missing.
One of the key things is the receiving mailbox and how it maps to a Jira user. Take a look at that doc and see if that is the issue.
If not, the community can help you after you get more info after comparing the emails. Thanks!
ok i removed the emails and i will review the links
