Can I wildcard search a checkbox using JQL?

I have a checkbox custom field called "OKR?" that has the following options: 

Q1FY22 - Deliver GA 

Q1FY22 - Stretch 

Q1FY22 - Code Complete

 

IS there a way to do a wildcard search in jira where I can say something like

"OKR?" in (*"Q1FY22") so I don't have to add each individual option to the query? The custom field has many many more options so it is tedious to include the options 1 by 1

This is not possible in pure Jira Server, you will need to have a plugin for this. For example with JQL Search Extensions you could use the function called fieldMatch:

issue in fieldMatch("project = ABC",<span>&nbsp;</span>"OKR?",<span>&nbsp;</span>"*<span>Q1FY22</span>")

To achieve what you need (you can replace project = ABC with any JQL query you need).
