In the "Lozenge' macro, you can specify an icon to show.
However, you need to enter the Wiki Notation for an attached image

Regarding your question, you need to attach an image to the page, get the link for that image and place it in the "icon" parameter.
I've attached a screenshot that should demonstrate that.

I tried several times to copy the address of an image in my Image Library, but the only thing i get is the Lozenge displaying simply the address of the image, not the image itself.
PS. the image is a png format...
In order to use an image in Confluence, you always need to attach that image in Confluence

Nope, it doesn't work: although I'm using a link from an image in the image library in Confluence,
when i paste the link, the Lozenge shows the link:

You're are saying: 'get the link for that image'
How do I do this? I tried copying the link address of the image and then pasting this address in the Icon field, but this only display the address, not the image...
What format does the image need to have?
Could you try to remove everything after the selected.png and try again?

Your image have to be attached to a Confluence page. Then don't use the url of the page. Use the name of the page.
