how increasing the the frequency of reads and writes (80 to 150)

Hi,

Are you sure there is a limit set to 80?
Where do you get that it's the maximum?

If you're just looking at the chart in Database Monitoring, it's dynamic and sets the scale to the maximum value over the span which the data covers.
