Changes:

• Migrate aws-cli to v2. Contains breaking changes. Pipe based on docker image amazon/aws-cli:2.2.13.
• Add details about breaking changes during migration aws-cli from
  v1 to v2. Aws-cli v2 allow only utf-8 encoded filenames/key-names.
• Add support for pre-execution script before executing pipe.

Deploy function to AWS Lambda.

Changes:

• Migrate pipe's codebase to Python. Now the pipe is based on AWS
  Boto3 lambda. Breaking Changes: parameters passed to variables should be AWS
  boto3 lambda related.
