I would like to automatically extract all emails on a particular board from all cards.
Is there an quick / easy way to do this ?

Not 100% sure where your emails are stored on the card, but our Power-Up Board Export should be able to help.

@Pavel G. are the emails stored in custom fields?
If you have the GoFullPage chrome plugin, you can print the full long page as it scrolls down automatically and creates one long multipage PDF.
Otherwise, just highlight everything on the page and cut and paste it into a Word document.
emails are stored 50% in description of the card and 50% in the comments of the cards.
Does this affect the power up ?
Does this plugin print the contents of all cards (description and comments) on the board?

That's ok if you have some in the description and some in comments, you can export both with Board Export
