On the dialog Log Work there is a field Work Description.
I want to show this field when viewing the issue.
How can I achieve this?
I have map the Issue Screen, Issue Screen Scheme with the proper field, but I can't find the field 'Work Description'.

That field belongs to the work log, not directly to the issue, so it's not appropriate to just show it as a field on the issue. You'd have to come up with a display format that allows the display of all of the possible worklogs. Atlassian have done this - look at the "work log" tab towards the bottom.
