How to create a tag that automatically creates a new page on the same parent space?

I am looking for a function or tag, that when clicked on, creates a new page with a given template in the same space in Confluence.

Is there an option for doing this in Confluence?

Please provide instructions

You may want to consider the scripting plugins such as scriptrunner or powerscripts for confluence. There may be other plugins as well in the markeplace.
