How to display my plugin in confluence adminstration side bar

Hi Team,

I am new to atlassian development. I have created a plugin. its added in the user installed apps. I can see my plugin details also, my servlet end points are working fine.

Now, I am trying to display the plugin in left side of confluence adminstration page, below to the 'Manage Apps'. How do i add that,

I would review the web item UI module where you can place your plugin in different locations.  Here is the link: https://developer.atlassian.com/server/confluence/web-ui-modules/
