We using insight to import csv data to our system. In most cases every new object will create a new ticket and sets itself as the referrence object.
Now we have the new reqiurement that a ticket might exists first, with the non existing but already known insight object id written in a field "reference" (not the default insight-jira reference field). When the object is created i now would like to check whether a ticket with the reference id written in another field already exits and link it before creating a new ticket.
