I've lost access to confluence

I've lost access to confluence.  The webpage says that I can't be logged in.  How do I fix this so I can access FrontPage?

Please try few thing 

1. Clear cache and try again 
2. Check whether you have logged in the confluence ,sometime user trying to access without login 
3. It may be possible your access has revoked ,in that case contact your JIra admin to reactivate your access
