When I tried to add Jira to my Microsoft Teams it says "Enter the link to your Jira account"

Question

Where the f... is it?

How is it possible that something so simple is not explained?

Hello @Guido Filippa

Welcome to the community, are you using a connector?

Like this one, it's a free app

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1217836/microsoft-teams-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

If you are using the cloud, just add the app on your site and then add it on MS Teams.

If you are using server hosting type please read this guide

Hi Guido, can you elaborate on how you are connecting Jira and Teams? Are you in teams and adding the Jira cloud app or are you using a third-party add-on? Maybe a screenshot of what you’re doing will help.
